Thank you Megan, you are so right!! It’s about not caring about what you can’t control. Would you mind sharing some details about your job switch? I’d be super interested to hear about that.
yes! so I was in an agency influencer marketing job for over a year but was just unhappy and uninspired so was searching for a while and then something good came up and I felt instantly creative after joining and it helped a lot! I also got this journal called "The Career Workbook" which is so helpful i recommend!
I can relate to that so much. I work at a social media agency and probably feel a lot like you did at the time. I will definitely check out the book you recommended. Thanks for sharing!
That sounds so amazing! I sometimes think I don’t care enough if you know what I mean? I don’t love my job so I honestly don’t care about it. I sometimes don’t care about the way I look or my house looks. Is there something like too much “not caring”? Just a thought I’ve had going through my head.
I think there's a difference in that where you don't care about the things you can't control, or the little things per say, but you should find that you care about what you love. which could be a job, friends, your
house and space, relationships, family, hobbies, etc. I think if you aren't caring about your job it's time to look for a new one! This happened to me last year and I made a change and started caring way more. I also love making my home clean and organized and adding little touches to it. It's just up to you and what you really want to care about and are interested in!
SO much easier. It all works itself out usually, and if it doesn't, it wasn't meant to be but nothing should take your peace. It's so hard not to get angry or upset, but once you don't it feels so good
Good way of putting it - nothing should take away your peace. Perhaps a bit morbid, but occasionally it’s nice to be reminded our time on earth is finite and it’d be a shame to waste it being angry or drowning in worry.

I know this was a bit ago but I'm glad you decided to celebrate this season 🖤
The grind of pursuing mental health and is A LOT so the sweet times, we actually feeling balanced and well are huge.
Very true. They feel so much sweeter and I enjoy and savor that feeling even more now!
Beautiful!
A lot of what you said hit home with me! It's truly easier on my nerves to think to myself "I can't be bothered being angry about this.'
